The KLINGSPOR Quick-Change Disc line encompasses the major connection methods and
KLINGSPOR’s own QDC system. Quick-change discs are becoming more common-place in
many manufacturing environments.
The KLINGSPOR QDC abrasive system is an exciting approach to disc sanding. QDC’s are disposable discs with a
firm, built-in plastic backing pad. QDC’s are quickly and firmly mounted on a special mandrel with a simple one-quarter
turn. Advantages include resistance to grinding heat, low vibration, less tool down time, and long disc life.
All of KLINGSPOR’s Quick-Change Discs whether they be the QDC style, the QRC
(Quick Roll Connect) style, or the QMC (Quick Metal Connect) style are available in
diameters ¾”, 1”, 1-1/2”, 2” ,3”, and 4” and in the following material types:

Cartridge Rolls will fit into those tight corners, grooves,
angles, and holes that most abrasive tools won’t.
