ULTRAFLEX SANDING PADS*
The UltraFlex Sanding Pads are the premium foam pads on the market. These
incorporate a dense foam structure and a
full, even coating of either aluminum oxide
or silicon carbide grains. This makes for
an extremely long-lasting pad that is very
flexible for finish-sanding of contoured parts
and profiles. The pad measures 4-1/2” wide
and 51/2” long.

severely profiled parts, because it is more
flexible and much thinner. The foam pad
measures 5” long, 4” wide and 1/2” thick.

SPONGE BOX SQUARE PADS

Sponge box square pads are KLINGSPOR’S VP73W material that is applied to a pliable,
yet durable foam roll. This spongy foam roll has been perforated for a quick dispersion of
the 4 ½ X 5 ½ square pads. This item was specifically developed to leave a soft scratch
when profile sanding by hand. Sponge box square pads are ideal for every finishing
department but it is not limited to just that. This product in can be used in almost every
hand sanding application.
