Non-woven Abrasives
Our non-woven nylon abrasives have de昀椀nite advantages over normal coated abrasive products in certain applications. Manufacturing companies all over the country are realizing this fact and the growth of
this segment of abrasive usage is tremendous. KLINGSPOR’s line of abrasive impregnated non-woven
products is one of the 昀椀nest on the market today.
Heavy “Scrim” backed materials for belts and discs are available to meet the most stringent needs of
metalworking operations from aluminum to stainless steel. A variety of 昀椀nishes can be achieved with the
“grit” selections in the line - coarse, medium and very 昀椀ne. Our lighter weight non-woven material is available for hand use and orbital sanders in grades coarse, 昀椀ne, general purpose/very 昀椀ne, ultra 昀椀ne, and
white no abrasive version.

Coarse
Leaves a non-directional scratch pattern and is perfect for deburring, light grinding, and
processing TIG welds
Medium
Perfect for blending and cleaning most types of metals and steels. Cleans the workpiece
without gouging the base material.
Great for cleaning and 昀椀nishing, leaves a pleasant 昀椀nish on most metals and steels and is
perfect for post weld removal cleaning.
