Quick Change Discs
Quick Change discs are disposable discs with various backing and attachment
methods. They are staple items in many productions shops because they offer instant
disc changes, assurance that disc is centered and they are smooth running. These
products work well on 昀氀at and contoured surfaces.
KLINGSPOR offers different connection methods, which are available in 1" - 4"
diameters.
QDC (Quick Disc Connect)
QDC discs have a T-lock top that 昀椀ts
securely into the raised hub with a slot on
the backing plate and are connected to the
machine with a mandrel.
QMC (Quick Metal Connect)
QMC discs are placed on holder backs that
are simply screwed on a threaded pin.
QRC (Quick Roll Connect)
have a common male hub directly on the
disc back which mounts easily into our
Quick Roll Connect holder or into the
popular Roloc holder pad.
