Loaded wood particles and resin are easily
cleaned away with this all-natural stick. No chemicals needed, simply hold the stick firmly against
the moving belt or disc and watch in amazement.
Best if used right after sanding, before the abrasive cools down.
TOOLS
• Place two sheets back to back, see Fig. A
• Crisscross sheets to
form a wheel,
see Fig. B and Fig. C.
• Repeat the pattern
until you have 15 to
20 sheets on the
arbor, then tighten
the nut to hold sheets
together.
• Secure the assembly
in your drill press,
hand held drill, lathe,
etc. Be sure to tighten
the chuck adequately.
Operate at a maximum speed of 2300
RPM, and we strongly
suggest you DO NOT exceed this speed.
• Before using the flutter sheets on your project,
break in the edge by holding a piece of scrap
hardwood against it as it spins. This will "soften"
the edge so that it doesn’t gouge your work.
