CS 308: Our YX weight Aluminum Oxide material is a fully
resin-bonded product that offers the benefits of a polyester
backing in an X-weight. Use on ferrous or non-ferrous metals
and on hardwoods. CS 308 has an extended grit range that
allows for coarse to ultra-fine belt sanding and polishing.
LS 309: Aluminum Oxide, fully resin bonded, J or J-flex cotton
cloth for polishing ferrous or non-ferrous metals and hardwoods where belt conformability to the work piece is required.
Narrow belts and some intermediate belts. XH backing is for
portable belts only.

CS 310: Aluminum Oxide, X cloth resin-resin bond, closed
coat. Suitable for all ferrous metals, hardwoods, leather, aluminum, stainless steel, and most alloys.
CS 311 YX ACT: Aluminum Oxide, anti-static, poly/cotton,
resin bonded, open coat material for wood sanding operations
where clogging or loading is a problem and sanding of soft
woods or mix of hard and soft woods.
LS 312: * Aluminum Oxide, semi-open coat resin bonded with
a special top coating to aid in cooling and to resist loading.
Very flexible, J-Flex cloth backing for severely contoured workpieces. Best suited for polishing stainless steel and high alloy
steels, other ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals.

LS 313: ** Aluminum Oxide, semi-open coat, highly flexible
J-flex backing, fully resin-bonded with a dry lubricant to reduce
heat and clogging on stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium
grinding and finishing.
CS 320: Silicon Carbide on Y-weight polyester backings.
Excellent for wet applications on glass, plastic, and stainless
steels where strength of polyester would be a benefit.

CS 321: Waterproof Silicon Carbide X-weight cloth resin
bonded for grinding and polishing of glass, non-ferrous metals,
plastics, stone, marble, grey cast iron, and titanium. Specially
treated for use with water or water-based coolants.
CS 333: A versatile Silicon Carbide, fully resin bonded, J, or
J-Flex cloth backings for grinding and polishing of non-ferrous
metals, grinding and polishing of plastic, glass, rubber, fiberglass, stone, marble, and grey cast iron.
CS 341: Waterproof Aluminum Oxide fully resin bonded
X-weight cloth for metal grinding and polishing where water or
soluble oil coolants are used to reduce heat.
CS 411 X *** , Y ****: Alumina Zirconia resin-bonded, with
backings available in both X-weight cloth (YX) or polyester
cloth in Y-weight (Y) for high pressure, heavy stock removal on
all types of metal, especially carbon and tool steels. Polyester
backings can be used wet or dry.

sanding on hardwoods and leather. F-weight paper backing, Aluminum Oxide closed coat resin-resin bond available
in intermediate and wide belts.
PS 24 ACT: * Fully resin-bonded Silicon Carbide material,
F-weight paper backing. Works well for non-ferrous metal
applications, sanding between coats of paint, lacquer, varnish, etc. in woodworking applications, or for finish sanding
of particle board or MDF. Available in wide belts, production
belts, or stroke sanding belts. * Add 10% to price shown
PS 29 ACT: Aluminum Oxide open coat, resin-resin bond,
F-weight paper material. Works well in any application
where loading is a problem on soft woods or mix of hard
and soft wood.
