Hand Blocks
Ergonomically designed to fit your hand, this hand block uses standard 6" discs for hand sanding.
Available versions:
Hook & Loop or PSA for use with 6" discs
Sanding Boards
This lightweight, rugged board has a cushioned surface. Spring clips mounted at each
end securely hold 2-3/4" x 17-1/2" abrasive sheets. The KLINGSPOR stiff sanding
longboard may be used with PSA sheets.

Polishing Compounds
KPC2U
Heavy cut compound, 80% cut and 20% color. Ideal for stainless steel, carbon steel and hard
aluminum, for pre-polish process. Will remove some light scratches from previous sanding.
KPC2U - HEAVY CUT GREEN
KPC3U
Medium cut compound. 50% cut and 50% color. Ideal for start polishing non-ferrous metals.
Removes some minor scratches from previous sanding. Suitable for use with bias airway
buff, cotton & denim wheels.
KPC3U - MEDIUM CUT WHITE
KPC4S
For mirror finishing process. Provides a great shine, 30% cut and 70% color. Final step after
pre-polish with either KPC2U or KPC3U. Used with treated and non-treated airway buff
wheel, sewing cotton wheels or felt fabric. Offers shine finishing for all metals in general.
KPC4S - UNIVERSAL FINISHING RED
KPC5S
Compound for a high gloss. Extra shine for metals in general. Excellent for jewelry, some
plastics and paint. Mostly used with flannel, cotton and felt.
KPC5S - UNIVERSAL FINAL FINISH YELLOW
KPC4S
Suitable for mirror polishing on all kinds of metal surfaces especially stainless steel in manual
or automatic polishing processes. Also very good results on titanium and chrome.
