FILE BELTS
CS 308: Our YX weight Aluminum Oxide material is a
fully resin-bonded product. Use on ferrous or non-ferrous
metals and on hardwoods.
CS 310: Aluminum Oxide, X-Flex cloth resin-resin bond,
closed coat. Suitable for all ferrous metals, hardwoods,
leather, aluminum, stainless steel, and most alloys.
CS 412: Aluminum Oxide, resin bonded, Y-weight (Y),
and X-weight (YX), polyester-backings for use wet or
dry on ferrous or non-ferrous metals. Also suitable for
sanding hardwoods.
CS 710: Heat-treated Aluminum Oxide, X-Flex cloth
resin-resin bond, closed coat. Suitable for polishing all
ferrous metals and sanding on hardwoods.

PREMIUM FILE BELTS
CS 409: Alumina Zirconia grain with a multi-bond additive on polyester backing for grinding high alloys such
as titanium and metals like stainless steel where heat
build-up is a problem.
CS 411 Y: Alumina Zirconia resin-bonded, polyester
cloth Y-weight (Y) backing for high pressure, heavy stock
removal on all types of metal, especially carbon and tool
steels. Polyester backings can be used wet or dry.
CS 416: 100% Alumina Zirconia semi-open coat on a
heavy or extra heavy polyester backing for high pressure production situations grinding steel, stainless steel,
non-ferrous metals, plastic, leather and wood planing.

CS 631 XF: Ceramic Aluminum Oxide on either X-flex
backing or very flexible J-flex backing. Perfect for use
on steels of all types but specifically for hard steels and
under high grinding pressure. Added multibond lubricant
enhances grinding properties and reduces heat build-up.
CS 920 ACT: Ceramic Aluminum Oxide with multibond lubricant added to enhance the grinding properties and cool
the grinding surface. Features a heavy polyester backing
that enhances its durability while removing large amounts
of stock.
CS 922 ACT: Ceramic Aluminum Oxide on our heaviest YY
polyester backing for use on steels of all types and under
high grinding pressure applications.
